In the news, a collection agency demanding $16.96 in unpaid fees, addresses man as "Shit Face". Later we find out that the man who supposely owes this money to Columbia House Records, signned up with that false name.
The man says he didn't subscribe to their service and is suing the agency for its bad language in the letter.
